How It Works

A four-stage engagement

01

Define

Northlight and the client agree on the assessment scope, primary objective, relevant teams or functions, the systems and data sources that may need to be considered, and what is explicitly outside scope.

02

Prepare & diagnose

The organization provides relevant background materials. A 90-minute discovery session examines the selected process, business objectives, bottlenecks, existing systems, data, handoffs, and decision requirements.

03

Analyze

Northlight evaluates potential AI uses in terms of:

  • Business value
  • Operational impact
  • Feasibility
  • Implementation complexity
  • Reliability
  • Human oversight
04

Recommend

The client receives the written assessment, followed by a 60-minute executive briefing and prioritized next steps.

The standard fixed-price CAD $5,000 assessment includes:

Assessment of one clearly defined business process or AI use case
Consideration of directly relevant systems, data sources, and handoffs required to understand that process
Review of client-provided background materials
One 90-minute discovery session

Enterprise-wide process mapping or data architecture redesign
